(I know this picture has absolutely nothing to do with this post. Buuuttttt I like looking at it and figured you would too. Plus it makes it look like she’s working hard, which I have been.)

Wow. I feel like it’s been forever since I’ve written an update for this blog. So where the hell have I been and what the hell have I been doing?

Well let’s start with where I’m at now and then we’ll talk about the exciting news I have for you.

Personally, I’ve never been better. I’ve got a great girlfriend who I’m crazy about and we’re going on a year together- it’s pretty exciting. It’s funny, I can almost hear you scoffing at me, saying how I’m out of the game now… but guess what. We have threesomes. A lot of them. So all you haters can suck on that.

In other news, I’ve taken up DJ’ing as a hobby. While it’s not serious at the moment I hope to get into a club to start playing for crowds at some point in the new year.

Professionally I now focus my coaching around long term strategies for my clients. To put it more plainly, I have been only taking on students for a minimum of 6 months in order to help them truly experience change in their lives. I love this direction I’ve taken. Watching development and deep-seeded change take place over this period of time is one of the most gratifying feelings I’ve ever experienced – this is what I got into this business for. Unless it’s a requested add-on to this continuity program, I don’t see myself doing many more bootcamps or weekend intensives. I only have a limited number of spots left open for this long term program so if you’re interested fire me an email using my contact page and we’ll see if you’re a fit for it.

And now, immediately after announcing I wasn’t doing anymore weekend intensives, my favourite week of the year is coming up! That’s right, it’s that time once again for The Worthy Playboy Institute’s “Successfulness Week-Long Intensive”. If you don’t already know what this is, let me talk to you a bit about it.

Every year The Worthy Playboy Institute (run by my good friend Johnny Soporno) hosts a week-long intensive workshop in Las Vegas. This year it happens to be from January 16th-22nd. The great part about this particular week is that after spending 4 days learning life changing reframes and new seductive paradigms the AVN Expo and Awards Show descends upon Vegas. Let me rephrase that; after being trained by some of the best seduction coaches in the world for 4 days, you will literally be surrounded by hundreds of porn stars and women who are paid to be beautiful

This weekend was literally the cause of my -now infamous- lifetime ban from the Venetian/Palazzo Hotel’s. It’s quite simply the most fun you can have while trying to take your pants off.

I don’t know what else to say other than you will not find a better event hosted in the seduction industry. Between the learning experience, the friendships you will make and the debauchery that will ensue, it’s quickly become the only yearly event that I fully endorse and attend every year.

Next up in recent news. I’ve recently been lured into this new online community called Manism – Step Up Your Game. It’s got an awesome format for it’s forum and I’ve been using it to answer a lot of questions and just have cool conversations with guys about game. The owner actually originally brought me on to write an article, which can be found here: Hot Girls By The Numbers. But I gotta say again I’m hooked on the structure of the community. It makes it really easy to communicate with guys and give lots of value so I definitely recommend you head on over there and check it out!

Finally, and the thing I think I’m most personally excited about: I’m in the process of building and launching a product! For now I’m not going to tell you much else other than it’s a series of videos, it’s going to be foundational and it’s going to be fucking awesome. Everyone knows that if you’re trying to get better with women you must never compliment them. It’s giving away all your power! It takes away all the challenge and puts her in a place of higher social value than you! You might as well get on your knees and beg her to let you kiss her feet!

Well, I call shenanigans.

Compliments can serve a number of purposes in seduction; none of them have to do with giving away your power if you’re approaching the compliment from the right state of mind.

But first, lets take a look at why compliments are viewed as the devil.

Lets say you see some blonde Barbie doll smoke show at the end of the bar. You walk up feeling nervous but fuck showing nervousness, that’s not what a true player does.  Instead you overshadow the anxiety with an overcompensating confidence because, you know, chicks dig it when you’re confident.

Step after step you finally get in front of her and with a grin you say to her, “Wow, baby you’re so hot we should get to know each other.”

And she turns around and laughs with her friends leaving you looking like a dick.

Situation number two. You’re talking to a girl, things are going alright but not great. She’s looking off in the distance yet still holding a reasonable conversation with you- you’ve got to amp this up. Maybe if she knows that you like her she’ll warm up and maybe even go home with you!

“Wow, you have beautiful eyes.”

And as beautiful as they are, they roll to the sky along with a half hearted, “Oh, thank you.” As quickly as you thought she would fall in love, she ruled you out and the distance between you continues to grow.

Both of these situations are dramatically different than each other but share one thing in common: the guy in each situation is trying to use the compliment as a way to win affection.

When using a compliment as a method to earn attraction, you’re demonstrating that you are not actually attractive, or even capable of attracting women. Your compliment acts as a façade in an attempt to mask an insincere foundation.

But here’s the thing, compliments are actually a great tool if used properly. There is an incredible amount of power that can be associated with telling a person exactly what you like about them.

Compliments were never supposed to be spoken out of insecurity or wanting but rather just as a commentary. It’s not supposed to surface in the form of gushing but rather just as a factual statement of what you like about her.

When you comment on things you are, knowingly or not, doing so from a position of power. You never hear “I like this” or “I don’t like that” from those who believe they have no power to speak their mind. When you feel able to actually speak your mind through statements of appreciation you are essentially hoisting yourself above the interaction to a place of critical influence.

Complimenting a woman who is attracted to you has the additional effect of priming her to do more of that thing. For example, “you are so much fun, I love it”, will make a girl act in a more fun loving way.

Lastly, and most importantly, compliments make people feel good. If people feel good around you then they will want to be around you. It’s really that simple.

So let’s talk about the elements of a showstopper compliment.

A compliment should be spontaneous. The more you think about what you’re going to say the more nervousness will creep into your words and the more you’ll be seen as trying too hard.

A compliment should be specific and situational. When you integrate specificity and details into your compliments you change them from generic lines into something that may truly make a girl blush. The last thing you want is to be the latest in the line of guys who have already said the exact same thing. Instead of telling her that her eyes are pretty, explain why you find them pretty using emotional words to back the context and create justification.

A compliment should be delivered with steady tone- you must be wary of your tonality when giving a compliment. It should be done in a levelheaded critical demeanor rather than one of fawning over someone. People love fine appreciators, connoisseurs, not fans. Gushing is never attractive.

Also, compliments are more powerful when you’re complimenting something other than the physical. Every guy tells a girl how beautiful she looks. Telling her how beautiful her personality is means that not only are you making the effort to see her in the way she wants to be seen but also that you appreciate things beyond her aesthetics and skills with a makeup brush.

Compliments should be reserved for that which is special and should be used as a reward rather than bait. If you rely on compliments, shoot ‘em off every other sentence and use them to comment on the mundane rather than the intriguing then you are destroying any value that a compliment ever had. People value things that come scarcely. Understand this and reduce the amount of compliments you give by enforcing a strict reward only basis for delivering compliments. Meaning, if the girl in front of you impresses you, reward her with a compliment.

Finally, a true compliment comes from within. The more you hesitate or try to force things, the less authentic and effective a compliment will be. If you don’t mean it then don’t say it. Simultaneously if you feel like you want to say something don’t restrain yourself. It’ll be yet another missed opportunity.

You’re looking into her eyes, and she’s looking into yours. You put your hands on her waist and she throws her arms around your neck. Everything else seems to slip away, the music fades and the people vanish. You’re locked in a moment with this woman and the only thing on your mind is how good her lips are going to taste as you slowly inch forward for your first kiss with her.

Attraction is what makes this interaction possible. It’s the catalyst for the comfort associated with romance. A woman obviously isn’t going to let you put your hands all over her if she’s not into you on some level…

It is this ultimate gateway that most men will never be able to consistently break through- the key word here being consistently. Even a pig can find a truffle and more often than not there will be a few occasions in which a man and a woman can work together.

But how does attraction really work and how can we make ourselves unconditionally attractive rather than just occasionally?

From the archaic “demonstrations of high value” to “self entertainment” there have been a million different ways that guys have come up with to teach the most direct way to a woman’s heart.

I’ve always felt there were holes within each explanation though. It obviously makes sense that being surrounded by women or being a leader of the group would be attractive to women who don’t know you. But it has to be able to be broken down further. These things are just a byproduct of something else.

So, what is at the core of an attractive man? What makes some men so incredibly magnetic to everyone around them? I believe it can be encompassed in a single word.

Masculinity.

Women are attracted to masculine men. Or if you want to break it down even further, women are attracted to men. Real men.

Think of the traditional cowboy, saving women from villains and facing their enemies in a one on one duel. Think of James Bond, a man of the world who can handle anything thrown his way and barely smirks about it. Think of Tyler Durden of Fight Club, a man determined to destroy everything in his life to embrace what it is to be nothing but a man.

All these characters embrace a single concept, that being masculine is the most important thing a male can do.

That’s the simple version.

The long explanation is that attraction between a man and a woman is created when the polarity of your masculine and her feminine is at its strongest. The greater the division the more attraction there will be.

This means that you have two jobs as a seducer.

1. You must do everything you can to emphasize your masculinity.
2. You must do everything to reinforce and frame the woman in front of you as being a feminine creature.

If you can accomplish those two things then attraction will always be present in any given situation.

When you fully embody masculinity attractiveness becomes not a phase (which is a flawed and outdated concept) or something that you do but rather it becomes something that you are, the way that you move through the world.

And if you are simultaneously able to accomplish the second point then the whole concept of qualification cycles becomes moot.

Think of it like a set it and forget it type of thing.

When you think of male-female attraction as separate entities and try to lump them into temporary phases then relationships become just as temporary.

Attractiveness is something you must embrace as a part of yourself just as you need to learn to consistently be able to bring out and embrace the feminine side of women.

Side Note: I understand how this sounds and could be misinterpreted by anyone with a background in feminism and modernization of gender roles. I’m not advocating traditional house roles for men and women or anything of the sort. I’m simply suggesting that despite the tremendously positive leaps towards gender equalization in terms of respect for one another and equality in the work place we still respond to certain stimuli. In terms of attraction this means that the truly masculine men and feminine women of the world will garner more attraction than any alternative.
